Zero lost. Zero gained.
While this bums me out a little, I know I'm still adjusting to new routines and my food choices haven't been as low carb as they usually are. Hoping to get more exercise in this upcoming week and to also start pre-cooking my dinners again- just been too busy this week to even think about it. Water intake has also been very low for me the entire past month, so I need to make that a priority as well.
Keeping my head up and counting this as a “successful” week: Didn't eat carbs at Thanksgiving, appetite has been way down, my sleep habits are improving and I haven't had any crazy cravings I thought I might experience during this time of the year. 🙂
