The day has kind of gotten away from me and I'm not up for writing a particularly thought-provoking post. I took a few pictures of my day, and figured I'd just share them.
I woke up this morning and was very tired. Laced up though and went to the gym.
I did 1 hour of high intensity cardio. I ran several of my sprints. Yes, they were only 30 seconds, but it was a heck of a lot more than I thought I'd ever be able to do at this weight. When I wasn't running, I did a 9.0 incline at 3.8mph. Yay!
I then got ready for work, and headed to a place very special to my heart…
While at work, I received a big shipment of protein I was waiting for. Yum, protein!
I also received my new iPod Touch from a friend who recently bought an iPhone. Squee!
I cringed as I pulled it on, hoping that it would fit, and that I wouldn't look horrendous.
Maybe it's because I'm on some crazy endorphin high still from earlier, but not bad! I know it's not perfect, but I worked hard to lose the weight I have, and I shouldn't be ashamed of my work-in-progress body.
So, all in all, it was a successful day. And I need to go to sleep now so I can wake up tomorrow and do it all again! Weights in the morning!
