Last week I re-examined my calories. Yes, I do low carb, but I do pay attention to my calorie count also. I was eating about 22o0-2400 calories/day, which is too much for me right now. I dropped this past week to around 1500-1800, and hoped for a loss.

I lost 2.5 pounds since my last weigh in. I'm back in the 70 pound club! Woohoo! I'm going to try to keep my calories at this same level this week and hope for another loss this week. Cruise is coming up in a couple of weeks, and I really want to push hard before then.
I've updated my weight loss progress page with pictures. I was REALLY hesitant to show them, but I need to just accept what my body is right now and know that it will get better. Please go check them out. While 70 pounds is a lot of weight, you'll see how much farther I really need to go.
