I didn't know what to expect this week with my weigh in. Since last week's weigh in was so good, I was hoping that I would be on a losing streak, however less intensive workouts due to my tweaked back had me worried. My food was pretty good this week, with the exception of dinners Thursday and Saturday nights where I overdosed on spaghetti squash with sausage. I just simply overate, and I knew it.
I got 4 of 5 days with at least an hour of physical activity, including a very awesome spin class on Saturday (plus 10,000 steps taken!) and an intense legs/chest weight training day yesterday.

So yep, I goose-egged this week. I am frustrated, but that just means I need to work harder this week on portion control and continue pushing in the gym. My back felt great this weekend, and is a little sore today (probably from squats or something yesterday) so I'm going to just try to be good to it and hope it continues to feel better.
