I was honestly a little nervous before weighing in this morning. I've changed my diet from low carb to more counting calories, and didn't know how I would do. I've been eating foods this past week that while on low carb would have had me gain lots of water weight (bagel thins, whole wheat tortillas, oatmeal, etc.) So I held my breath and prepared for the worst.

Loss this week: -3.5
Total lost: -98.5 pounds
Can I just say- HOT DAMN! Join me in doing a little happy dance. Will next week be 100 pounds??? I sure hope so!
