I'm retaining water since my 10 mile training session, and I feel like I could have been tighter with my food this week. I had one particular run-in with some baked Tostitos and my sodium intake was up, especially after sushi night on Tuesday. While I want the weight to fall off faster, I feel really good about my half marathon training progress and I'm satisfied with my efforts.
This week, I am really going to try to keep my food clean (less processed stuff, no sugars, etc) and limit my sodium. I also need to make sure I'm getting at least 1 gallon of water a day to help with fluid retention. I might also add a couple of swims in my workout schedule to help give my feet a break.
Here's my outfit of the day. Calvin Klein top from Macy's (on clearance!) 3x, Apt19 trousers from Kohls size 24.
