Happy *cough* *cough* New Year!
My dad and his friend left this morning, and my sister left yesterday morning, so I'm hoping that I can catch up on sleep enough before the end of the weekend to knock out this week-long sickness. If not, I'll have to go back to the doctor Monday to figure this out. I am really lethargic, my throat is still on fire, and I'm still coughing up lovely phlegm. I haven't been to the gym in over a week, and just feel gross. I tried to walk the pup some today, but wheezing ensued, so we had to turn back early.
I'm really glad I got to spend some time with my dad and sister (I only see them once a year), but I am really craving getting back into a routine. My sleep is messed up (due to sickness and routine), my food has been jacked up this week and my workouts are non-existent. I feel like I can't even write a coherent sentence right now, much less speak one.
For now, I'm off to sleep. My 8 hour nap in the middle of the day wasn't enough. Send some tissues my way if you've got them 🙁
