I was walking to my car in the parking lot of the grocery store when someone rolled down their window in their car and yelled “HEY YOU!”
I braced for some fat insult (meh, it happens) and instead heard “I LOVE YOUR JACKET THINGY!!!”
The “jacket thingy” was this beautiful Melissa McCarthy Seven7 Cape from my Gwynnie Bee subscription.

We already know I have quite the obsession with Melissa McCarthy and her Seven7 line. This cape is beautifully made, in a great fabric. I'm likely going to buy it from my Gwynnie Bee subscription. (For those who aren't familiar, with GB I can return the item after I'm done wearing it, or I can purchase it from them to keep forever at a discount.) It's rare that I purchase items from GB because I like the aspect of a rotating wardrobe, however I've had regrets before of sending something back that I wish I kept for good.
If it's good enough for a stranger to yell at me, then it's likely good enough for me to keep it in my closet for good! 😁
