Wow. This week has been loooooong. I'm still in a funk, but really trying to fight it. I know this slump is temporary, so I'm pushing through it. Today was high intensity cardio at the gym, and whew, it was rough. My whole body is just saying “stop, please!” But I did it. That's my victory for the day, and it was done by 7am.
I'm getting tons of great quotes being submitted on the form I put up yesterday. I will have these set to publish while I'm on vacation in a little over a week. There are so many, I have at least 2 blog posts worth. Still need to submit yours? What are you waiting for?!
I am out of time for the night, so no long post from me today, but I did want to state my goals for tomorrow. They're small, and things I normally do anyway, but I want to really focus on the accomplishment in hopes of cheering me up.
1. drink my gallon of water
2. go to the gym and do my weight training program
3. resist the tomato basil soup from Cosi
4. pick up a few more pair of Balega hidden comfort no show socks from John's Run Walk Shop (if you're a runner-or walker-these socks are ah-may-ing. worth every freakin' penny)
