Part of this blog is written because I want to show that there are more larger people who work out than what you see on “The Biggest Loser.” Don't let your size intimidate you or hold you back from moving. I went to edit this video and even opposed to my last video, I see change. Perhaps a lot of it is mental – I feel really good about my motivation. But a lot of it is also mental. I am starting to see myself in a different light. When I was editing this video, I had a really positive reaction to seeing myself, which I'm not sure has ever happened before, at any size.
