I haven't done a gym video in forever! It was a light class (as far as # of people) on Thursday, so it was a good time to get some film. I wrote last week about crying in physical therapy out of frustration and while some of it is still furstrating, in 5 short visits with my new PT, I have made more progress than I have in the past 8 months combined, including 3 months with another physical therapist. There were a couple times this week where I actually had zero pain in my ankle, which is so foreign to me as I've had this pain for 3 years now.
In the gym I'm still wearing my ankle brace and some of my exercises are modified. I was really happy though to be able to start pushing the prowler again. In everything I'm doing, even just sitting or standing, I am focusing on how my hips and legs are aligned to keep my ankle from rolling in. These exercises were no exception to that.
