It's no secret that I love a houndstooth print (for real, see it all here.) It's classic and can be dressed up or down. I have houndstooth print items in my closet from years ago that I refuse to throw out because I still wear them.

Even though this red and black houndstooth might have people mistaking me for a Georgia fan, I love the classic color combo. This is another great dress from Talbots. They're really stepped up their style game with plus sizes. The fabric is thick and will last a long time. It's an easy fit and flare style with a short sleeve. I added a cropped cardigan for a little polish on a warmer day, but I'd also wear a moto leather jacket, no tights, and booties with this for a more casual look.
