Emmie Note: I get lots of emails from random companies and “gurus” who know nothing about my struggles or journey and want to guest post on this blog. I am really picky with guest posts because this is my little space on the web, and I don't want to put anything on it that I don't love, or from someone who wants to promote something I don't believe in.
Nichole Kellerman offered something unique that I loved: a short workout coupled with positive affirmations during the exercises. I was intrigued to see what she was talking about as I always struggle with working the mind as well as the body. As soon as I saw the video, I wanted to do the exercises, so I knew it was something I wanted to share. Of course, I'm still restricted from activity until my foot heals (checkup in 2 weeks) so I'll leave the workout to you for now.
