Last week, I talked about how I’m doing the #yogaaday challenge this month, where I take photos doing different poses and put them on Instagram. There are lots of people doing this, and I have loved every second of it so far – even the poses that are extremely challenging for me. Here are poses for days 6-13. We’re not going for perfection. We’re just aiming to try and make it a regular part of the day.
