I wanted to drop a quick not here to let you know that I’m now blogging at Spry Living under a new blog, Spry Kitchen! I’m posting three times per week on everything related to healthy eating: ingredients, recipes, tools, tips, and tricks. For example, we’ve looked at the spices that make up pumpkin spice lattes and spiced cider; explored the healthy benefits of sweet potatoes; and celebrated National Peanut Butter Lovers Month with recipes.

Welcome to Spry Kitchen, where we will explore all things related to healthy eating. Whether you’re a beginner cook who has Googled “how to hard boil an egg” (don’t judge!) or a master chef, you’re welcome in our kitchen.
For some of us, food is the hardest part of the healthy living equation. To help conquer this, we’ll post recipes, tools, tips and tricks. We’ll take on the role of “food explorer,” looking for ways to keep food fresh, fun and flavorful. Some days we might break out the fancy dishes, and other days will be better suited for sporks. Either way, you’ll get your hands on some healthy grub.
