Hi friends – I hope that everyone is hanging in there, and staying put at home as much as possible.
My day-to-day hasn't changed much since I already work from home and I don't get out too much! But, it's still a stressful time with a lot of uncertainty for sure. It's overwhelming to think about things and how they may be super different in the future as everyone tries to recover: economically, physically, and socially. So, I'm working to focus on the day-to-day as much as possible.
In my 3 work from home tips post, I shared that my number 1 tip is to get dressed every day. I understand that not everyone needs to be dressed up to be productive. Also, so many people right now are working from home plus taking care of their kids and juggle a million things. A comfortable outfit can be essential!
Personally, dressing up every day is all about setting the intention of the day. I'll be honest, there have been many days in these 14+ days of staying at home that I've not wanted to shower, get dressed, or put makeup on. But, my personal history has shown that it helps my mood. And let's be honest: anything to help the mood right now is welcome.
For accountability, I'm sharing all of my outfits-of-the-day on Instagram Stories daily. I thought I'd share them here as well.
