Can I just say, I'm totally feeling great today. I feel in control and on a great path. Hopefully this optimism and energy continues!
I brought my video camera to the gym today to catch some moves with Trainer Rob. Each set was done 3 times with a warmup, cardio (as mentioned at the end of the video) and cooldown. I like the videos because I'm seeing progress in them. I can see strength in some places (legs and calves) and smaller parts (hips and arms). Of course, we're always our worst critics, so I saw flaws too, but it's all part of the journey.
